WOOT! The other tabs for shocks or something?

Where the heck did you get the IRS? I wish I could have gotten my hands on one!

Other tabs?? Theres 16. You miss counted!!

I got the IRS from U Pull It for 75 bucks. Its from an 86 Nissan 300zx. It'll be a while before that gets put in though, unless i can get a daily, cuz i'm gonna have to drive this truck

Lol... my bad.

What??? What is it going to take to get the rearend to work in the mazda? Swap out the pinions or something? I thought you could only do an rx-7 IRS for the mazda?

I'm gonna get the 300zx driveshaft and get the 2 shafts matted together at the right length, cuz i'm sure it'll have to be a different length anyway, haha. And i'm gonna go back and get the crossmember that it all bolts to to ease the installation and make sure everything is lined up right

Ok! *****UPDATE*****

I got the bumper brackets mocked up, i'm more or less makin em from scratch, i cut the main part of the mazda bracket off and i'm reusing the frame mount part. I made plates to mount on the bumper. The hardest part was to figure out where in space the toyota bumper plates would be. And holding the bumper with one hand and lookin around is not easy!

Well heres some pics. This is with the main bracket part cut off, and i had to remove the lil box thing underneath the bumper mount because it was keepin the bumper from goin back far enough....

This is the toyota brackets i made and them sittin on the bumper......

This is lookin down on the bumper from above.. viewing the overhang of the grille, not too bad... better than havein the fenders way off from linin up.....

Here;s the mounts after i got em all mocked up, i jus used steel rod to test fit it, it fits awesome!!! I'm gonna plate it all up with 3/16" steel tomor....
