87 Mazda B2000 project, DONE!!!

I just picked this truck up for $1200. The body is pretty clean for a 87, only one dent worth mentioning behind the passanger rear wheel. Plans are 20's, juiced, body dropped, and black paint. I will keep this thread updated as I get going. I will probably get it in the garage next week. I ordered redrilled hubs from layinrockers, picked up the old school trispoke 20's, the toyota rear end, and ordered some tabs. This week I will be getting all the hydraulics. Should be a fun project. I am going to try to get it driving again by the middle of November.

Those wheels are a trip... I remember wanting those when I was in high school! But I wasn't looking at 20s .

The wheels are a story. My buddy bought them for his prelude, but didn't like how they fit. Just a little to big for the prelude, so he went back to his 18's. He sold me the wheels for less than he bought them for, and they have 60 miles on them. I hated the wheels on his prelude. I bought the mazda, and thought they would look good on it. I keep remembering the yellow standard cab mazda that was on the cover of minitruckin' forever ago.....

As soon as I saw those wheels I thought about that same truck! Ive been diggin through all my old minitruckn's lookin for it!! lol

One days worth of work. Getting ready to start on it today, after breakfast.
