hey 007bob, keep me updates on the project. where did you source the coilovers? can you adjust compression and rebound? where did you source the A-arms? what rear end are you running? this has got to be the most functional set up i've seen on here (no offence to anyone baggin' and draggin', but i want to make a truck that will get the B2200s some respect on the street by beating other cars).

WOW.. thats lookin great.

"where did you source the coilovers?" speedway motors.com

"can you adjust compression and rebound?" only the rebound with mine, but they have both adjustments available, slightly more $$$

"where did you source the A-arms?" those are from cando specialties

"what rear end are you running?" it's the stock mazda piece, i'm going to try to be semi easy on it, try to keep burnouts to under 1 minute . i have the next rebuild in my head all ready, 22 x 15's in the back, so i wanted to abuse the stocker for a few years before i make that leap.

Creative looking dash - should fit well with the overall theme of the build. Not that I want one for my truck, but am curios where the steering column / steering wheel came from? Definitely not something I have ever seen in a B2200. Does fit the ROD theme perfectly.

the wheel is a Mark 40 from LeCarra, supposed to be a smaller diameter duplicate of a '40 ford.
the column is the original mazda, dropped a 1/2" with all the crap removed, blinkers, ignition lock. there is a piece of 3" exhaust pipe over it, i still have to fit that to the dash, which should fix that bizzare angle.

the missing center panel will be made into a drawer, kinda like the stock ashtray, all the switches will be in there. those have not arrived yet, an ARC 8 switch panel, and an ARC credit card ignition. that should leave a clean look when the drawer is closed.

Now thats a slick (credit card ignition)! As for the wheel, the more I looked at it the more I thought 40's - 50's era, but it looked to new. Good find! That switch panel should be pretty slick also.

Diggin on your entire build!! I like the dash and flat panel switches!! I was looking at some of those myself the other...although I was only gonna do a 4 switch setip...and the CC ignition....now thats HOT!! Totally awesome find!!! and LOVING that cleaned up column!
