Thanks guys! It's going to get wet sanded and buffed Monday. Hopefully it will come out looking like a piece of glass.

I hated the days of Axel slamming frame. It's a good start man and I can't wait to see how she comes along.

So we scored a 1993 4WD B2600i for parts. Besides taking all the little pieces we needed off of it, example dome light, fuse box cover, tail light bezel, and lots of other little things, we've taken out the super clean (at least compared to mine) darker gray interior. The carpet is in great shape, and it's low pile carpet unlike the '86's shag carpet. It also had sound deadening material behind most of the panels and a thick mat covering the firewall for extra sound deadening. Plus it has a tach cluster, so we're probably going to use that too. If only we could have found it before we got the truck painted, we could have used the 4WD fenders and bed. I would like to get rid of them if anyone is interested.

im still trying to get a brush guard/push bars for my truck. had a line on a guard but not sure if the guy still has it.

you should still use the bed and fenders, just get them painted to match. would be good to hang onto them for if/when you bag it...
