Thanks guys

STILL NO HEAD LIGHT, BRAKE LIGHTS OR RUNNING LIGHTS

No power to harness, fuse panel, brake switch
chassis to cab, 2 rear ,engine ,near battery grounds have all been check

Is there is a relay for these? I'm lost and this is ALL i need to do before i can plate and drive the truck! I don't know what else to check

Does that box with the heat sinks and relay coming off of it have to do with the lighting?

have you tried a new switch assy for the lights and check your dimmer switch if there is a malfunction there lights wont work proper either.

You know this is going to sound stupid but did u reconnect the 2 grounds on the back frame rails?

Back frame grounds are good
Thought about the switch itself but there is zero power at the fuse box. The fuse box gets power before the switch no? I hard wired power into the fuse panel and the switch operates with no issues.

Just out of curiousity, to you have a wiring diagram for the truck? If not, I can get you one.

Reason I ask is I completely re-wired my purple truck and should be able to figure out your problem without too much trouble. I assume you have a test light?

thanks for the diagram! my issues is between the power source and the fuse panel
should i just trace the wires from the panel?

I am assuming you mean "between the 30A HEAD fuse" and the combination switch. That would seem likely. With a little work you should be able to unplug the wiring from the headlight switch and use a test light to verify 12v + power on the larger Red (R) wire. If you don't have any power but the 30A fuse is good then there must be a break somewhere in the wiring between the two points.
