the BD is looking pretty sturdy and clean man.

Thanks we put plates underneith on both sides to cover up more of the gap n to add strength I'm glad we used angle iron to give the corner a nice smooth look trucks turning out better then expected

So i removed the bracket which the upper control arm mounts to make it flush with the frame heres some pictures




Here is a breif yet shitty qaulity video of the front end, fire wall and body drop


You can see for the body drop theres a little lip that folds up and faces towards the inside of the door thats where we welded the angle iron onto so it looks like a smaller body drop then it is but it sits on the rockerpanel when aired out its 47" off the ground we finished welded that in place , underneith the angle iron we put a flat piece of sheetmetal under neither to fill in the gap(floor) and add strength

Ordered 4 link under gussets,and also rear wheel tubs should be here in one to two weeks from suicidedoors
going to be ordering a few more parts and making custom battery terminals out of 0 guage so the battery can go to the bed

looking good so far but why did you cut where the upper control arm mounts

Notched the frame ,cut out the lower control arm and mounted the bag bracket in place , the upper control arm mount is also welded in place again but u cant see it in the pic

New Update been awhile

Also got all the peices for the firewall cut out, need to cut the firewall tubs to size and the front will be done plus weld the bottom bag mount in place. Next step after that is to finish the body drop 100% and start on the rear frame.

Fuel,Brake Lines then the trucks ready plus a few more mods once i start driving it

Ordered my fuel fittings , lines from summit racing hopefully here wednesday
