So im halfway through the process. I loosened up and took out all the rocker bolts. I was able to slide the rocker parts toward the back enough to get the back three cylanders done, however i cant get the front two to budge because of the cup thingies on the head for the oil ports.

Typically, you would take off the complete rocker assy in on piece.

Thats what i thought but the front hold down where the rods fit in to wont come loose.

Is there a bolt im missing someplace?

As Willy says, there are 2 bolts behind the timing sprocket that attach to the #1 cam cap through the front backing plate. You'll need to pull the cam sprocket, distributor, and upper backing plate. The cam caps are doweled and the #1 cam cap is sealed to the backing plate with a gasket.

so I think what I am going to do is roll with the back three cylinders and leave cyl #1 alone for the time being. I dont really feel like getting into the whole timing mess. If I need to do a timing belt or head gasket in the future I'll do it then. I just dont have time to do all that right now. Besides with three of the cylinders done it should take care of 75% of the problem, right?

I'd do them all since you're already 80% of the way there and be done with it. The timing stuff isn't that hard. Put the engine on #1 TDC compression stroke, make sure all the timing marks line up, install the distributor with the rotor at 9:00, set the timing. Timing belts are cheap on RockAuto and it would me a great time to install a new one. Also a good time to install a new cam seal.

If you have 3 cylinders running clean and 1 cylinder that's still smoking and trying to oil foul, the engine isn't going to run as smooth or efficiently as it could. Also, 1 dodgy cylinder with 3 good ones is more noticeable than 4 weak ones.

The distributor has a pointer and a dot on the end, install it by using those.
