I don't know a lot about turbos but what is the IP? You'll have to shoot some videos of the turbo!

is the galvi tee for coolant? reason i ask is because if you replace it with black iron it will rust alot faster and be a failer spot sooner then you would think, black iron pipe is made for gas/air, galvi is for water.

Actually I could only find a brass tee to use there, I couldn't find a black iron in 3/8 but yes it is for coolant. I didn't wanna use the galvanized because it reacts with ethylene glycol (coolant) and I learned this AFTER the fact. While the injector pump is on hold I'm going to work on putting the interior back together.

Turbo is still in pieces, I had some free play issues after it was balanced and I need to see WTF about that too, I might have to use another turbo and be out the $150 that I put into this one

Started putting the interior of mine back together. I figured that I'd get it out of the way (and stuff sitting around the shop and house) while saving up for a new injector pump.

Not in the picture is the installed heater core, condenser box, and blower motor. These have been resealed to make them more air tight and water proof. I noticed that with the blower motor out of the vehicle that rain would trickle in at the air inlet. This of course would go straight down into the floor and puddle. Not a good thing with new carpet and padding.

Dash installation and gauge line routing is next.

yeah that's what I was thinking as well. Thanks for the compliments. Here is a small update, just an hours worth of work, had a lot of rain recently that slowed me down considerably.

Next I need to finish the installation of the vent controls, stereo, and my aftermarket gauges. Still need to figure out where the best place to drill my hole(s) is(are) going to be. After that, it's custom center console time with relocated e-Brake.

Looks good em. Do you still need a t3 turbo shaft, with the impeller, and turbine? I think I have a few put back...........let me know. M-train, aka waldonbuddy.

unfortunately my turbo flange is for a T-25, not a T3. I don't believe that a T3 turbine will work with my housing though. I'd need a whole T3 setup, and I'm not even sure that I have enough exhaust velocity with my setup to use such a large turbo. Thanks for the offer though.
