for now yes. either panhard bar or watts link. welded up diff and thats it. If I blow the axle up ill throw in a 4 runner one I have.

Might try some chevy truck rear disks later and mount some calipers.

all i did was mono leaf mine, weld the diff and put in a custom coilover setup. I beat the hell out of it last year and have had so problems with a 325 horse motor. I also used chevy discs on the rear. Worked out really nice. Just had the centers of the rotors machined out to fit the center of the hub. I can get you part numbers for everything if you want. Brake lines i used and all the that kinda stuff

Here maybe this will help. This is how I made the watts link on my truck. I also had to have a 9" Curry rear with 12" disc brakes.

I know this isn't the best pic for the watts, I will try to take another for you this afternoon.

Also, if you not going to be making that much power then the stock rear end should be fine. I didn't have a choice with my truck as the 800hp the turbo 363 is putting out would break the stock rear into tiny pieces.

Even if you go with a turbo the stock rear should be enough since a turbo 4 will make good hp it won't make huge amounts of TQ, and its the TQ that would be bad for the stocker.

Keep up the good work.

1 down 3 to go. Not bad for junkyard wheels.

What did that wheel come off?

No Idea. They are aftermarket. Just some I found in the junkyard. Had about 10 lbs of mud on each one though.
