Project: Mazdizzle 88 b2200 build turbo FE3

Looking sweet man, is the inter cooler going to affect the cooling capacity of the radiator?

It shouldn't I have a big electric fan and the whole bottom of the radiator is still open.

Got the new harness all done and in the truck and got intercooler pipes done last week. Going to mount bov and iat sensor tonight then start on exhaust.

Used a harness from diyautotune all the wires came labeled

Got my gauges mounted

Going to start on the exhaust tonight and maybe install the walbro fuel pump. Bought an rx7 LSD from madlowmazda so by the end of the week I hope to get that in and get the exhaust finished. Then I get to pull the motor back out and paint the engine bay. First show is April 21 st so I'd like to have this thing together and running by the end of march incase I run into any problems.

Sorry it took me a while but here's a pic of the wheel. Jim had it made to fit inside the crank pulley then used 3 roll pins to hold it in place. I'll get a better pic when I pull the radiator back out

Damn clean looking install man! I keeping flip flopping between doing this or a v8 swap. If you don't mind whats your budget for the engine build alone?

Don't really have a budget going with the turbo added a lot of cost to the build. Bought a truck with the running fe3 swap for $1500. Pulled the fe3 and put my old motor in that truck and selling it to my buddy for $1500. So basically got the fe3 and megasquirt for free. I'd say Ill have around $3000 in it when it's all done

3-4k isn't bad you'd probably spend close to that with a v8 swap doing it correctly and clean like you are
