Yes it is a tough decision. Oh, and my Mustang isn't a real GT350. There is no Supra ever made that will be as expensive as a real GT350.

Emjay, I have read on some of the Supra forums where the automatic is, well, weak. However the guy claims to have a SP Stage 3 tranny, but he is having trouble finding the receipt.

I called SP on the tranny to find out if there is anything visually they do {ie, stamp, numbers, tag, etc} to the tranny. The guy said the only thing they do is paint them black so there is no way for me to know outside of having another Mk4 Supra tranny, and taking them both apart.

Also, I have been casing the prices of Supra's for nearly ten years now, and it looks like they are still going for around 20k to 40k range.

The owner lives in Indiana, and I would post pics, but since it isn't my car I don't know if it would be legal or not to do so.

If it isn't copyrighted, it's legal.
If it is copyrighted, you need to hold the rights, or at least have written permission by one who does.

The fastest supra's in the world are automatics. DOiiittttt Waldon! Ps. I need my twin turbo truck fix. More pictures now!

Ok, more pictures.

I have had the truck sitting high as I had to take out a rack travel limiter on each side. The truck didn't have nearly enough travel with the old setup, which was two limiters on each side. Also I bent the turbo intake tube in a vise so that I would have more tire clearance.

Anyway, here is some better pics of the rack, as well as the Python size sway bar.

Holy piss that's a sway bar! Damn I love your truck. It doesn't look like you need me for any fabrication. Lol

I bet mine's bigger!
emjay   +1y
Is your sway bar rubbing against the rack and pinion?
mtrain   +1y
No its not rubbing, but it was close.

I learned my lesson about that with an aftermarket big sway bar, and a Fox Mustang with a 351w.

It rubbed a hole in the oil pan, and was a real bitch to weld as there was a chance of explosion.

It did make a big POOF once when the guy was welding it, but that was all................thank God.{this was before I bought my welder.}
