On my way to work my I noticed that I had no heat so I checked the water and it was low so I added some. It then over heated and water was coming out of my resivor and found out my thermostat is toast so got to get that done next week.

heat and ac is just extra weight take it out :P

heat is good for winter, have no ac on the truck, but i do need to find a sanden comp so i can get ends put on it and turn it into my onboard air. need to get more 180 sand paper so i can finish sanding the truck down. right now i am working mornings, then getting home and working on an apartment here till late, so no time to do anything right now on the truck.

i got the sub box out, it was held in by 58 screws and a crap load of wood glue, silicone and spray foam.. was a pain to get it out... lol also put a new thermostat in and after some trouble shooting and help on here, i am replacing my rad cap so my coolant stays in the system.

future plans are as follows:

new rear link setup
check valves installed
edc installed
01 ranger lights
new paint
body drop
4x4 sheet metal
raised bed floor
tweed interior
relocate air tank to under the bed
put comp on the frame
valves on the tank instead of at the bags

most will be started or done with taxes i am hoping.

got the new thermostat in, did a flush and got the new cap and it it working great, got heat now added a bscene sticker to it that i found in a box of things today:

The 4 link set up shouldn't be a future plan.. that can kill u... so very unsafe...

the link set up is a future thing as it needs to be redone so saying it shouldnt is wrong. the setup isnt that bad really, it is strong, welds are great, but inst done right at all in the same sense. the first thing being redone is the link setup. 2 link with a wishbone so i can keep the gas tank in the stock location as mentioned before.

dude that thing looks sick. i love the truck. just wish i could lift my truck lol.

what ever happened with the alt problem.....i dont see it on here? front end looks nice....and way different to the rear...

the oiginal fab guy robably did the front and was so stoked how it turned out and wanna drive it...then rushed and came up wioth thaqt modified leaf spring 7 link.....really all you need is a 3 link and the truck will be way safer...the est of the fab looks good just that 7 link hgas accident written all over it....

although i feel better after i recognized those parts as being leaf springs .....at first i was like 1/2 pencil rod....um what the hell thats not safe even for mock up....trucks come a long way since the first post... keep pecking away at it but top priority should be that 12 link set up out back...I think i would rather run a mono leaf then whats in there...
