looks great man

is it just me or is the axle a little off center in the second pic?

It must be the angle of the picture. We spent a good amount of time squaring the axle to the truck and welded it to the frame good so it wouldn't move before we started the link.

It's an engineered angle in the drive line to get proper usage of the u-joints.
Around 6 degrees is usual to minimize harmonics and ensure long u-joint life.

...if that's what you're looking at.

ahh i see what you mean, i guess when i said axle i should have said where the driveline meets the diff.

I was wondering if that's what you were seeing.

hey man i was wanting to run 20s on my mazda, i was wondering if you had to tube the fire wall any. and what size tires and offset on the wheels?

looking good dude, i cant see if you tubbed the firewall or not
how bad was the clutch master hitting the tire?
lowlyfe   +1y
The firewall will need to be tubbed for sure, especially after the body drop. Right now there's just an area cut out for the tires and when the truck is laid out the tires stick into the cab, it's pretty cool looking at them like that.
Also the clutch master cylinder needs to be relocated, it kept the truck about an inch from laying out, that's another project that was added to the list of things to do before this thing will be mobile.

Here's tonight's progress on the bag mounts so far. We will be adding a 4th attatchment point before it's all done but you get the idea where we are going with this.
