thanks man. i did take the crank pully and check the key when i first got it because it wouldnt start (ended up being chipped teeth in timing belt) and the key and insert look ok no cracks or movement wear that i could c. But when i adjusted my timing belt one tooth only, tha crank shaft would be either 10-12 degree btdc or no degree btdc so i ran it both ways and i dont remember where i left it but it wouldnt run over 5000 rpms the other way. i really dont think its timing but i thought about taking my other dizzy (bran new) from my other truck and studying how it ran moving it a tooth at a time. but like i said if it were timing it would do it consistantly till i got it fixed.
itl run like a dream for awhile then on the next start up, the issue continues. im wonderin if my air control valves are clogged. my number 1 has clogged on the other truck b4 but didnt cause all this. sry for the blather just wanna throw it all out to narrow it down as much as possible thanks again
