No ABS. The original design has the rear brake line first going into the passenger rear wheel cylinder, then going back out from that wheel cylinder to the one on the driver rear. I dont like that design. Maybe it's better, but I personally dont think so.

Now it simply Ts at the rear.

ok that makes sense. I haven't really looked at the rear lines closely.

Thanks to Dan Woodland, found out the stator plug on the back of the alternator only produces roughly 6V. I wired a relay so that this kicks the relay, and will bridge a connection from the positive terminal of the battery to the choke and fuel pump. Running like a charm.

Hopefully I'll be able to test drive it today up and down the street. I plan to have it insured and registered tomorrow, and the alignment is scheduled for Monday.

For those in the Louisville, KY area, apparently there is a shop called Tony's Brake and Alignment off of Poplar Level Rd that will do alignments on modified suspensions. I will report back and let you all know how well it goes.

First test drive tonight. Success!

Only issue is the blower is not responding. Any ideas where to start would be fantastic. I haven't even checked the fuse yet. I just wanted to make sure it would roll and go through the gears.

This weekend's project will be swapping dashes with the B2000. I'm doing this for a few reasons.

1. I plan to eventually do a gray interior. The B2000 dash is gray. Boom.

2. Heater controls are broke in the B2200. I'd be removing both dashes anyway.

3. The ducts in the B2200 are all sorts of disconnected.

Didn't think about having to swap VINs. Drilled out the tags and then used just standard interior screws to resecure it.

looking good there, I just came across this thread. To explain why reverse grinds a lot in our trucks, it's quite simple. Reverse in our trucks don't have a synchro gear on them, at least in the US market. The European market does implement synchros on the reverse gear, it was one of the upgrades I put into my 5spd for my RF diesel motor (other was the 5th gear from a Bongo transmission giving me a 0.701 OD)

If the grinding is really a bother, just try double clutching to get into reverse, it helps in many of my rides.

Thanks, man.

This trans is smooth in all gears including reverse. No grinding. Holds on it's own.

Essentially for now interior work is done/on hold. Only thing is the stereo sticks out quite a bit. Would require cutting some bracing, but by chance I found it makes a magnificent phone holder, so some foam over the metal will convert from gangly stereo to cell phone tray.
