It's a Hansen 160. Came across a really good deal on it. No one at the shop could get it to work, so I took it home. Took me about a week of booger welds to figure it out. It has to be tuned perfectly for the thickness of metal, otherwise it's useless. But now that I know how to tune it, I can do pretty good with it.

I finished up the exhaust today. Wel, half way. Won't be done until after I build the links. That was the last thing holding it up.

My frame is still about 3/8" off the ground in the front, because I can't get the jack out from underneath it. Lol.

The pictures are kind of big, so clikc on these links if you want to see them clearly.

Frame is dead flat. Had a friend help pry it up to get the jack out. Want to get it running again tomorrow to hear the new exhaust system.

Thank you. Today i redid one of the crossmembers again, because I didn't like it, and it would hold the tank a little closer to the ground than I would like.

Also decided to set the back up for 20s, so the tank lip has to be up a little higher. Also cut the tranny tunnel and put my wheels on the back to see how they look.

I can fit 20s pretty easily.

Built the lowers and half of the wishbone today. Also got the axle dead centered in the frame, and it's about 1/64" over to the passenger side. I figured that was close enough. I can't seem to get it any closer, I always end up pushing it too far, so I left it. Took pictures of the jig I made for welding my lowers.

The base is 1/2" plate, with a 1/4" space to hold the bar itself in place. What holds one link end in place is the part of the setup I used to make my arms. The center pushes otu so I can pull it out, and turn it over quickly to weld the other side. I also used a proper straight edge to make sure that the sides of the link ends were perfectly aligned, before, and int he middle of the welding process. They are still perfect after final welding.

Sprayed them silver before pushing the bushings in.

Now they're ready to weld in place. Didn't get that far today. I'm going to finish the wishbone before I weld anything on solid tomorrow.

Thanks guys. Hopefully I'll have pictures of the wishbone setup tomorrow, and everything on the frame. I have to pull the axle to weld the lower link tabs on all the way.
