Because out here it costs money to recycle automotive parts.

are you serious? thats shitty, if its just scrap metal like a frame... its no big deal here. take it to the scrap yard...just weigh in and weigh out...then collect your money. haha. a stripped car is like 300 bucks. lol.

To take stuff to the yard, I have to separate everything. Which means I have to take apart the rear end, and clean the housing of any dirt and grease. I have to get rid of the brakes myself, and separate the drums because they are cost. The third member has to be disassembled, because the housing is cast, and the gears are not. I have to get rid of the bearings myself, for which reason I don't know, but thats what the told me. And to take a frame rails, or cross member there, they want it cleaned. Its easier to torch it apart and throw it in the recycling bin. Takes less time, and less money. If you have a complete vehicle, and a title, you can take it to a Pick-N-Pull and they will give you $50-200.

similar story around my way, i used to work in a few shops in sydney and the recyclers would only give money for aluminium and take steel offf your hands for free. luckily where i live there is a sims metal up the road and they will take a complete car and give you 150-300 AUD but make you keep the rims because its costly to rid yourself of used tyres.
i take frame parts and stuff up there all the time, i took a aluminum flatbed up there and got 200AUD and for a load of steel i got 30 bucks, better than nothing, its even worth it to take a few old radiators up there for some beer money. they dont require cleaning because i guess it all just gets smelted in some third world country...i im unsure.

whats it like working on the 720, good to get away from the yota or are you missing working on it?
im enjoying a short break from mine

u have anymore pix of when u cut the floor up?
and if u have boxed the frame up..
and moving the clutch so it dont hit the frame?
twisted minis   +1y

No.

Why would I have to box a boxed frame?

Why would the clutch hit the frame? The frame and clutch are not moving in correlation to each other.

i meant make a cover over the frame.. so its not showing through the floor...
im drinking u dickhead
