Before I bagged mine it was static dropped about 5.5" in the front and 4" in the rear and I'm running 17's and I just had to cut out some small places in my fenders where the tires were running when I turned the wheel all the way. Just make sure you're tire doesn't scrub on anything because your inner fenders think and rubber is a delicious and it's on the house for them because you're the one paying for the tires. Before I cut mine out my inner fenders ate about 1/2" into the sidewall of my tire and it blew out. I realized what had happened and it done it to both front tires and low pro's aren't cheap.

also... just be aware of it but your shocks are meant to work with the stock geometry. so if you lower it via torsion and snub the bump stops, youll have very little up travel before the shock bottoms out..... then yer likely to run into shock issues if you bottom out hard.

i dont think i need to mention what happens when shocks have no where else to go after bottomed.

ok, so since im looking into it..... does anyone have a diagram or know where i can find one to show how an air bag system is hooked up or to where and what averything is hooked up to???

i have a ROUGH idea from looking at evryone elses projects but i dont know in detail as to how switches, relays, and valves are hooked up. beleive it or not ive never seen a bagged truck or any vehicle as such in person.......

anyone in or near san diego that'd help me out by coming to check out how you have your rig hooked up would be very helpful in taking notes.

tank > fill valve > T > dump valve > atmosphere
---------------------\/--------------------------------
-----------------air bag------------------------------

repeat three more times.

as for wiring compressors:

as for wiring switches, get an AVS switchbox. nobody could mess that up as they are clearly labeled.

Here's a link to a page that should pretty much explain everything you need to know.

hey guys thanks for everything..... most of all being patient. ive decided to bag it and am gonna try to keep it moderately simple.

now, for those of you who have done it..... what is cheaper? peicing it together or buying a plug and play type of kit..... say like the one out of minitruckin mag ads like FBSS??
