8" adjustable bodydrop

ive been kicking this idea around for years but never got serious with it. however i was gonna use a set of 4" cylinders instead of 8"s, this way you would never have to worry about one cylinder lifting or dropping faster than the others, possibly getting the body into a bind. may not be any concern but i was thinking ahead. also, 4" cylinders would make it easier on the steering and the brake lines etc.

i was thinkin of doin it to my mazda, but not with cylinders, with those small bags that semis have on there cabs. get a extra 2-3 inches of lift out of it. so if it was aired all the way up, it would just look stock. not being able to see the whole frame. its cool tho, just lifts too high for me, and it prolly gonna ride like a brick

The monte is Chino's Oragollo Mexicano & the body is lifted w/cylinders. It's the trunk, steering, and front clip that's done w/actuators, I believe.

alright who is gonna be the first to do a adjustable body drop thats cantalever?

i built mine to be able to drive it daily.

fully functioning everything.

i see no point but a horrible ride and way more stuff to go wrong, i'll just keep my body bolted to the frame, and if i need to turn i'll just air the front up, instead of jackin my body up.

how would it ride bad... he can ride and turn with hsi suspension at the best riding pressures possible yet air his body up to turn... so considering ur body is normally mounted pretty solid with it lifted it will be similar to that same solid feeling... so all in all will actually be better to dive like that... ha hope ya understand

i had that idea from lookin at semi cabs but then i seen em bouchin hella lot so i said fuck it.

Thats badass... That'll be a head turner when it's done for sure.
