alright...this is my deal. I have just recently body dropped my 99 4.2 equipped f-150. during the body drop i had to stretch my ecu harness so i can get the computer out of the way. i did this one wire at a time and soldierd every single wire. there is no way i crossed a wire. now that the body drop is finished the vehicle is in theft mode. the theft light blinks kinda rapidly when u turn the key on. the motor spins but does not start. i brought the truck to the dealer and they were gonna re program my keys, because everyone assumed they just lost their memory. well their computer doesnt see my computer. i guess...thats a way i can put it. all headlights, radio, a/c, tail lights, blinkers, everything works. the computer plug is tight, and has a very good ground. the body is grounded to the chassis, and seems all grounds are connected. im stumped and do not know what to do. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks you guys

some of the newer fords have transponder keys (chip key) if the ecu is disconnected the transponders sometimes reset so u may need to reprogramm the keys to the ecu.
