mmm yea we had that with a s10 we did and it was the paslock.. but i know f150 dont have that.... hard to say since you say you extended the 15 million wires 1 at a time i doubt it would be something like that but never hurts to look over em... id look real good to wires that are on the colum... other than that idk.... yea dealers arnt much help when you turn it custom.. bc relocating stuff most guys get confused...

I JUST AHD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY S10, I TRIED THIS TRICK I LEARN FROM ONE OF THE MECH. AT THE CHEVY DEALER I WORK AT, CONNECT ECU, UNHOOK BATTERY, LET IT SIT FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS, TOUCH POS. AND NEG. TERMINALS TO REST DIODES IN COMPUTER, LET IT SIT FOR LIKE 2-3 HOURS, THEN CONNECT AND TRY AGAIN, i KNOW I HAVE PASSLOCK BUT WHO KNOWS

i dont think the pep boys thing would work because the dealers comp wouldnt work because its not readin my comp. and i dont know what flux capacitor is. and i think it might have something to do with vats

Have you considered purchasing a new ecu? thats all i can think of

you might make sure that there are not sharp ends of solder or wire coming out of the etape to ground out or short with another wire. it is your factory alarm that it is messing up with the starting. you may be able to use a remote start bypass module to atleast see if you can get past the security portion.

oh and also some fords are tricky when the factory alarm is going off where you need to lock and unlock it with the key in the door or with the swith to turn off the alarm. i have incountered it once or twice it is a very odd sequence.

ECU sounds like it is shot. If it isnt reading their signal, and all the engine is doing is cranking, I would be trying a new ECU.

i work at a garage and soemtimes f the theft mode is set there is usually a switch or soemthign under the dash where you can shut the theft off or lock the doors with the key from outside then unlock it and try to start it. thats works most of the time with soem alarms. or disconnect the battery turn the key to the on position and keep the door open then connect the battery and alarm will be off. try that
