In Doug's defense the fullsize had all of the hard stuff out of the way for the most part. Body work was 75-80% finished, framework was done, fuel and brakes were finished and plumbed. All that was needed was the bed finished, motor of some type installed with trans, and paint/interior. It would not have been a huge deal to get the truck running, and driveable at the least. 6 months would have been more than enough time to accomplish the final things it needed, as it took around that amount of time to do all that I listed above and then some. In Eric's defense the fullsize was completed in the amount of time he gave, and he was paid when it was picked up. I had absolutley no problems with communication. He always sent pics of progress, and I did add a few things which of course could have made the job take longer, but he finished within the alloted time. I have had several vehicles built, and can honestly say that I would consider KW the best shop I have dealt with on a personal level. Their quality of work stands for itself, but it would be hard to pass up the control arm and parts business. A shop first must have the manpower and facilities to do what you promise that amount of customers, in a timely manner. I hope everyone can get everything worked out with KW. Just my two pennies.....
