I think using poly rod ends would be better. but I guess we have a difference in opinion.

You mean like the ones you used on that S10 frame with square arms? I'd like to use those, but not at $50 each. That makes $200 in bushings for upper arms, before the tubing and time. My goal is less than $200 cost for all upper arms, and hopefully lowers too. Shouldnt be anything wrong with a rod end for suspension use.

Those look good. The only issue I have with them though, is that for adjustament of castor, you can't angle them much. But if I were building arms like that, I'd want the truck there, so I could set the castore where it needs to be and make the arms fit right without adjustment. But thats tough when the truck is so far away. And I know rod ends arent designed for it, but I think they would work alright.
