2 links are popular because they work. If you want to "hit sides" then a four link is better, if you dont, a 2 link is cheaper, allows you to fit more stuff under your bed and actually transfers power to the ground better. It is, like everyone said already, a matter of preference. But to answer the question, they work, and are plain and simple.

Just cause it works doesn't mean it's right. You can use a screwdriver as a hammer, but doesn't mean you should.

yeah, i wanted my bed floor to be totally clean. i have my gas tank in the stock location, 2 five gallon tanks, and 2 viar 450 compressors under the bed. If i did a 4 link, i'd have to move the gas tank or tanks and comps in the bed, which i don't want to do. I have 8 valves with a 2 link, so i can level out the corners if i need to. i'd kinda like to hit sides, but i'd rather keep the bed floor clean. All about your priorities, i guess.

Boils down to, if you like it that's all that matters. Everyone has an opinion, but opinions don't pay for your shit, you do!

I've got the suicidedoors.com 5-link. The gas tank in the factory location, 2 5-gallon tanks under the bed, my huge oasis will go under the bed as soon as I build a bracket for it, so my bedfloor is clean. I can hit sides like no other and 3wheel the front. All about your priorities I guess. Why limit yourself to priorities when you can have it all.

I love my EKSTINSIVE 2 link. I used my truck as A daily all last winter. I never had one problem with it.And it rides killer.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm starting to think that you don't like 2-link. Just my theory after the information I've gathered from your previous posts.

I have nothing against 2-links. I just think there are better ways.

yeah, well, i'm rubber you're glue. lol When i did the suspension, i did'nt know a whole lot about it. The 2 link was made for me by someone else, i just installed it. I have very limited welding skills, so he did all the metal and fab work, and i installed the 2 link. I've had absolutely no problems, i like the shit out of it. Yeah, if i could do it over, i'd probably go with the 4 link, but if it aint broke, don't fix it.
