i got a 92 yota ive made sorta a cool daily. lowered, tinted, buckets, ect. nothing major. done a bunch of maintenance too. bed is kinda beat though. so, should i put some money into fixing it?

because i love the 79-83 yotas, and its still a 20/22R truck with torsions and yada. and i have an extra dash and grille for my style truck. and 4x4 fenders. and 4runner lights grill. and bumper. id love to build an old one with the newer lights/grill/bumper/dash. so, what do you guys think? i know seth and lucky will tell me the older one. plus its emissions exempt. so, tell me what i should do.

personally id find a 84-88 to beat the piss out of, not a 79-83. they are too cool.

im also thinking of possibly running a certain version of the datsun 240/280 hood ive seen before. looks like a flat topped L88 vette scoop. maybe add the stock bodyline down the middle of that.

The 79 looks less beat, but I'd be leery of the way the engine swap was done, and the fact that it needs a thermostat. It may have been run low on coolant.
