i belive there is 2 sides to the story.but cdubz you should be ashamed of the work that you did it was DANGEROUS AND JUST CRAPPY period and to blame the customer because he/she has a small buget thats not right.if the customer cannot afford to do something full on then it's up to the shop to say hey we cannot do all that work for that price how about we meet half way type of thing.not just tack weld things up and say thats what you paid for.for nick if you wanted a fully tubbed 4 link truck with everything shaved then you have to realize that it will not be cheap to do.i think both party's share some of the blame on this one.cdubz you cannot blame someone for trying to protect other people from bad work.and just tossing insults at one another is just a waste of time.

I honestly hope the money you "stole" from this kid was worth never getting another airride job. You should bite the bullet and give this dude his money back. There is absolutely NO excuse for this type of work.

to do that, it almost takes more effort than it would take, to just run a simple consistant bead. It rings of one of two things. Either you used his truck as something to train on, or you full on did that on purpose, out of spite. There is nothing i can add to this thread aside from, if this is your answer to not being happy with a customer, please stay in michigan, so i know none of my family will be riding next to any of your work on the freeway.

To me it all comes down to pride.....You gotta have pride in everything you do. I know for a fact, it would of been less of a hassle to throw down a good bead on the shock mounts, rather than all that shit. Looks like it was done on purpose to me.....Budget build or not. I've done stuff for absolutely nothing, not even materials paid for, and it came out better than that. Just because one day someone's going to ask them who did it. Its crazy to me how shitty that is....

but someone like that needs to BE bashed on, cause someone like that destroys this hobby for people. AND even though he says he does it for the love, he doesnt love this hobby that much to let that shit go out of his driveway, and the safety of the customer and all who drives near that danger. So y shouldnt he be bashed on and his name ruined??? to me the kid is like many others that take people's money and hack there work up, those are the type of shops/people that customers need to be warned about before they kill someone...

i want to apologize for my last post. after reading it today, i was in a very bad mood yesterday. i still believe i was right about the safety issue & how this kid just trashed your name, but i didn't mean to make it sound like you're some piece of sh*t & i know i called the kid a dipsh*t a couple times.

attacking that level of work was (& is) justified, but attacking you 2 as people was wrong of me & i apologize
