---------------------------------------------TENONDUBS.. It depends on how high you are lifting from stock height.  Email me at joe@chassistech.com  and lets find out what is going on.  I need to know what "lifts all the way" is.How high does your suspension lift?Thank you,

Hey Joe,My name is Noe Gadea. I bought a Street Scraper II kit from airbagit.com, new upper and lowers for the front, a plug-n-play kit, and the full kit came with a smart ride controller. I installed everything and i can not get the controller to read any pressures. I talked to Yuri and he told me it was possible it was not grounded correct. I checked the ground and it is good. The sending units that came with the kit were labeled wrong. the hot side was labeled with the ground and visa versa. so, the first time i hooked up the sending units they were wrong. I called Yuri and he told me that some were labeled wrong. I check all of those and rewired to the right side. still no readings. My question is: 1.) if the sending units were hooked up wrong will that fry them? Also, if the sending units were labeled wrong that is something you should tell the customer when they buy that product so they will not be hooked up wrong. On the controller where the readings should be, i only get three dashes - - -. please email me back and let me know what you can figure out. My email is NOE_GADEA@HOTMAIL.COM

WAY2LO,Here is the response from Ryan, who is real familiarly with the smart ride controller.   We had a small batch a while ago that was stamped wrong but we added labels covering the bag stampings.  If your pressure senders had a silver sticker near the connection that said “G   WK” then that is how they should be wired.  I have attached a wiring diagram for the Smart Ride so you can double check the wiring.  Also, did you follow the programming procedures and enter in at least 2 values to calibrate the sending units?  Try recalibrating the smart ride and double check the wiring for all the senders and let me know.  If we continue to have an issue then I’ll send you out another controller and senders for an exchange.  Hope this helps.

Thank you,

Ryan S Davies

I just took a chance with AIM and ordered a lightning kit.  Went through Yuri personally and we came up with a kit for me.  I received all my stuff minus the air compressor.  I notified Yuri and he shipped one that day.  Haven't installed anything yet but as far as the customer service, not bad at all!

I have a Plug-n-play kit with a DC5000. I have a 5gal. alum tank. i have a pressure switch that comes on a 110psi and goes off at 135psi. with this set up would i be able to run a pressure swith that comes on at 165psi and goes of at 200psi? can the compressor handle that?

---------------------------------------------Yes, you can, but usually if you need that much air pressure to lift, it means the real solution is a larger diameter bag, even if you have to trim the frame to fit.  Higher pressures do shorten the life of a compressor, because there is a lot of backpressure over 145psi..  Just change out the switch

Hey Joe, I had a bad experience with your company a couple of years ago and I stop buying from your company due to customer service. But after reading this forum I decided to order something to see if you are a man of your word, and I have to say it was a good experience with customer service and the product came as promised. The only thing I can suggest  to you is too,  Since you make all your own parts, you can lower the prices more than everybody else. I know you ain't making money if parts are just sitting there collecting dust, put some of that stuff on clearance help the economy, lol. Show everybody else the new Airbagit is new and improved. And for the free advise you can send me the C10 A Arms so I can show them off for you
