U could be in for a ride on this, if their atterny is calling you b very selective on the things you tell him/her because they can turn your own words against you in court. On a side note ive worked for a few dealerships, and one being my dads used car lot and anything he sells has to have an "as is" no matter what. Doesnt matter if is covered by warrenty or not. So please be careful I wouldnt want to see you get reamed by this guy.

the saying goes "Buyer Beware".....not "Seller Beware".

If you arent happy with a purchase, then lesson learned. Next time check out your shit before shelling out money. I personally would never buy anything that I havent checked out in person. Unless I was prepared to loose money on it.

Mike,Call their bluff.. I know you let that go REALLY cheap, and for what it will cost them to sue, even in small claims, from another state, wont be worth it.

Lot of assholes out there, hoping the seller will cave and give in to the demands.. SCREW 'EM!

It's not a lesson unless it costs you something. Your listing would have made me ask a hundred questions. They got what they paid for and if you didn't lie then feel good about doing honest business. If you did something wrong they wouldn't be contacting about how it's not what they expected. The phone call would have been about your a liar and I want my money back. Tell them to piss off and hang up on them.

On another note- Did you really tell them to committ insurance fraud by making a glass claim for a window that wasn't their before they bought their policy. Hell, why not just claim everything else that's missing on the truck too.
