they must think it was a decent enough truck to display it on the forum..you wouldnt see a hacked truck up there...still reppin AZ plates! thats what made me ask about it till the guy said it was bought and i did remember seeing it on clist

i dont think who ever runs that site is who bought it im dealing with a mexican couple who i believe the husband doesnt speak english cuz every part of the deal and this has been through his wife or something.

Mike dude don't worry about it they're retarded if they think they can get money out of you. They bought an "open box" item and it's as is. Your email conversations seemed pretty clear on the condition of the truck.

i bought a truck from cali over the internet from a very respectable club which will be left annonymous. anyways it came i had so much trouble getting it over the border it took 9 months and an extra 3 grand. the truck was a piece of shit. frame was fucked, wiring was fucked,bodywork was questionable, wheels got stolen at the trucking companies lot, mirrors and stereo were stolen at the border lot. i finally drove down put it on a trailer and lucked out at the border because my grandma taught the officer in high school got it home bought a kingcab and started from scratch. never even complained to the guy i bought it from because it was my fault for not going down and looking at it. so dude i think you should be in the clear.

I would say that you are clear.

BUT. Story time. Kawika is the club sold his S-10 to some punk rich kid. Explained that it was rolling adapters to fit the wheels and if he were to take it to a certain tire shop they would not service it because they weren't fans of adapters. So once mom say what her son got she was not happy. Threatened to sue. He explained the "as is". They moved up to mammoth, couple hundred miles north. And sued him up there. The judge said that Kawika misrepresented the truck and that voided the as is. So they got their money back and promptly dumped the truck in impound (unknown to him). Impound called him 3 months later. $4gs or lien sale. Lien won. So basically he paid some punk kid to drive it for a few months and took it in the a..

So do some studying up on the subject.
