the worst is when people see my truck and they say oh my god that truck almost touches the ground! ALMOST WTF!?!?!

I get a lot of questions when I roll(which is kool and I have no problems with) but at a LOWRIDER show my boy got some weird/WTF comments on his juice setup. It's a pretty basic/normal hydraulic setup. 2-pump, 4-dump with accumulators and a street charger. DAMN! Alot of people had no clue what accumulators were and called them BAGGS and no one there knew what a streetcharger was. Kinda funny to me at a show with 99% lowriders

When I was younger, I saw a mini in a parking lot and told my father that it was cool and one day I would have one. To be a smart-ass, and he is also strictly 4x4 off road rack crawling guy) So he pulled up and told the kid he could fix (how low) his truck was... a$$

just today im walkin back to my truck in a strip mall parkin lot. some old guy and his wife are walkin by the truck as im gettin close. hes lookin at it and laughing. she looks pissy like shes mad he is making the choise to look at something she doesnt like (which is funny enough as it is). i get to it and he asks if its mine (no, im just unlocking the door with the key and getting into. but its not mine. lol.). i told him yeah. he said he loves the sticker i have between the seats (below the back window it says "no fat chicks, the truck will scrape") i told him my ex gave it to me. then he said its low enough to mow the lawn.

he was cheerful though, and it made me laugh.

i used to get people asking how to get into my other truck since its shaved. they also said nice bronco/blazer. even before i shaved the rediculously huge fender emblems off that said ramcharger. people still look confused that my toyota can turn 95% locked. its pretty low for a static.

I love the family questions.. My dad is strickly 4X4, so his out look is always "why would you want something that low, you can't go into the woods with that thing..

i dont mind it being called a lowrider. its not one, but we got the adjustable idea from those guys. and the sure arent a community i would look down on. i had a black guy and a mexican come up to me when i pulled in to get some breakfast one morning. asking how it got so low and how much it cost. i dont really mind telling people as long as they are being dicks. these dudes were just curious. i just think its funny it was a black dude and a mexican lol. jsut cuz the stereotypes on them.
