--------------------------------------------- Originally posted by automatik23 it takes a lot of work bro...if you want to untuck your wheels your gonna need a good amount of lift especially if your body dropped...theres many different ways of doin it but it all comes down to a big pain in the ass haha...with my 91 i threw on some djm beams and then had to notch one to clear the oil pan, also you either need to notch the cross member under the engine or the beam or make new beam mounts to drop them lower but take into consideration if you do this the beam will angle more when the truck is dropped equalling more negative camber, you need to relocate your radius arms, news transmission crossmember, pull your fuel tank out of the stock location, also to lay on 2os your i beams are going to articulate back towards the firewall enough that you will have to cut off the mounts on the i beams and weld in some heim joints with misalignment spaces so you dont risk snapping a bolt. if you mount the bags on top of the outside of the i beam you will limit your turning radius so try to find a different way of doing it... like bags on radius arms or something but make sure to either redesign your radius arms or atleast plate them for additional strength...i dont know how to post pics on here so if someone can pm me and show me ill post some, or pm me with your email address bro ---------------------------------------------thats a extremley good point about the ibeam articulateing back enough on 20s it could snap the dam bolt right off .Always thought of a way to stop that, welding on heim joints is a good suggestion.
