I recently ordered some Colorado upper arms from DHP they shipped in a timely manner and looked good. There was a problem with them and mike from DHP called me to let me know and shipped me a new set right away. no charge for shipping or anything. id order from them again.

well Brandt it was to keep it from getting old in here but if your cool with it I am. Im confident in my position and have nothing to hide or worry about.

as far as the balljoint cups go, nobody can make them cheaper for me than me. small shops have to buy the tube for about the same price as me then they have to pay someone to do it. I win there because I get the same price and dont have to pay some other shops overhead. large shops have overhead as well. so lets end the discussion on balljoint cups with the following....

Im moving toward one piece cups to allow for a nicer cup, one thats easier to make and allows for the balljoint step. if you want an explanation of that and why just say so...

CNC plasma cut plates will be the norm but I now drill the holes myself... any other issues?

yep, I switched to a one sided bushing on the GM 355 arms and did not make a change in the jig that ended up making the arms about a half inch too narrow to fit the frame mount. The GM 355 used to use the small 4 link style bushings and now it uses the S-10 upper bushings.

So, you had previously made Two piece ball joint cups?

how did that even work? I cant imagine making a ball joint cup in any other way than a single piece machined.

did you weld pieces together o something??
