Mike why don't you just man up and return lowjeep's money if he has had them on order since may 15th i think he has given you a little too much time ... it definately seems like your up to your old ways ... i hear almost nothing but bad things about dhp except the people that are happy cause they got shitty parts for a cheap price

--------------------------------------------

you know nothing of what you speak. Im in the process of a refund but as I said in the previous post it will go thru channels.

Im not up to "old ways" my old ways was being behind. what your implying was not ever true so your statement has no merit. if it did I would never have come back to make deals right. so "old ways" is incorrect.

What a shitty excuse... It takes just as long to make a sub par "affordable" part as is does to make a quality one, especially for a guy trying to get his reputation back.

Look at my pictures again, theres no excuse for that shit... I want a cup that holds my balljoint it... Not one with .025" variance across the bore. Hole saws and drill bits are easy to come by items for the upper plates, and wtf is up with that useless rod end? Maybe run a die down it so its useful?

These parts came after 2.5 months later after being quoted 5-7 days + shipping. I hope you enjoyed my money.

I'm glad all your "issues were solved" after I received my box of paper weights. Maybe i'll feed them to my unicorn and he can shit metal medallions.

no excuse for variance? the balljoint presses in. almost any balljoint sleeve thats a weld on part has variance so its tighter at the top. Mine are no different. I intentionally make them have grooves to better hold the balljoint especially knowing what kind of abuse a balljoint takes on a bagged vehicle.

my balljoint plates are CNC plasma cut and have been since I reopened. Ive stated that many times in forums and its all over my site. Thats part of getting a part thats more affordable. However I have since started drilling the bolt holes. Ive also reamed the center hole as well.and as stated in an earlier post I use threaded ends now on adjustable arms and other places.

it's already not working out, cuz obviously anyone that cancels and order or tries to get a refund doesn't get it. I called him up a few weeks ago about my refund and he said he'd check it out and call me back and guess what I never heard back from him.

--------------------------------------------

no actually you heard from me. The arms were made as in the original deal. custom orders cannot be refunded unless approved. its in the warranty disclaimer page on the site

--------------------------------------------Bullshit, I have not heard back from you except for this little post so You need to refund my money. It says refund must be approved before return... my parts were never shipped so I'm not returning them. So you might want to approve that.

--------------------------------------------

incorrect, and I have emails and call logs to prove we have both emailed and spoken on the phone.

secondly I have no problem refunding the money. But it now has to go thru proper channels since Casey has went thru the BBB. Ive already sent them my reply.

--------------------------------------------I have the call logs and every email also... showing you not returning the calls or the emails. That's why I had to post on here cuz I knew this would be the ONLY way I would get a response from you. I had to contact the bbb because after a month(which is now 2 months) of no response from you on my refund and you not calling me back it was the only thing I could do. I just want my $665 bucks back. I will gladly forward you the call records and e-mails if you would like.

soo i guess you saying that having a set of control arms ordered and not recieved yet for 5 months is not being behind? so i guess i could say that your "old ways" is correct you are pretty damn far behind

This stuff seems like such a broken record and probably needs its own thread.

Maybe we should create a section where SSM members can post about BYC/DHP and Mike can reply.

But this name calling and drama bullshit, cut it out both sides. Put the facts on the table with info to back it up, that way nobody can debate it and we can put this baby to rest finally.
toreadorxlt   +1y
i put facts up with pictures. A section would be nice
lowjeep   +1y
what kind of facts do you want from me my bank statements, emails, or call records?
GraphicDisorder   +1y
I think if you guys have those kind of facts I would post them personally. Thats not a slam at mike either, thats me being tired of the he said she said bullshit. It comes down to someone is lying and id love for it to be out, done, documented with facts, and over with!

what you may not understand is that DHP is not making the best parts out there. thats not the intent. the intent is to make affordable parts.

if you want the best you need to spend 750 bucks for a set instead of 550.

thats one hell of a quote!
