Most people, KEYWORD MOST, that pull that line are just pissed that 1. they wanted to buy it or 2. They couldn't afford to buy it.   Fester is weird for the fact that he tries to bring a ride back to the top level it was once at. Last Look has taken more money then most people have in their rides to get back to the level it used to be.   People bitch about bought done. Well bought done does some good. Gets the builder some cash to their next project. Sadly it is no where near what you put in the damn thing. Also it helps people that might not have never seen it round 1 see it.   Very few 'bought done' are even left that way. Most people into the scene will work on it and put their own spin on it. Ranger thats out in PHX comes to mind on that.   BTW. Fester is building a pretty sporty Ranger that is all fester. So whoever tries that bs on him can suck on a rock.   Hotwheels truck is in DTE and still in decent shape. If you don't like bought done. Build something better.

only thing i can really add to this is that Fester is top of a very short list of names that i'd sell my mazda too, (its not for sale, unless someone has ALOT of cash). one of the few people i'd trust to maintain something i worked so hard to build

In my opinion fester is by far not a poser more or less the guy is a new age legend. Absolutely on of the most coolest guys around he has started a collection of bad ass rides some of which are historic to our culture. im personally glad i had gotten the chance to meet fester he literally has a mini truck show in his driveway an not to mention that he has a mini truck for each day of the week so in conclusion Mr Fester i way far beyond any club he is his own club he has his family and most of his dreams come true an i think thats a bad ass accomplishment an i hope i can see fester at many more shows.  

Fester is an awesome guy! truck or no truck he is a stand up person.I know first hand that he is always down to hook up the trailer and go get one of his boys out of trouble!He helps his people without asking whats in it for Fester.How many of us can say that?I feal for him with all of this b.s. going on..hard to have fun in a sport when everybody looking down on you..take a minute and get to know him!the trucks he owns disapear the more you talk with him. I feal for eveybody out there that has not talked to Uncle Fester!

If someone buys a truck and makes it their own, it should be a complement to the scene; they want to be apart of an elite group, us.  Some people don't have the skills to do full custom vehicles, that's what keeps shops in biz.  What is the difference in buying a truck that is done and making it your own, rather than taking a stock truck to a shop and having them do all the work to it?  Like others have said, we are killing our own resale value and people don't want to buy trucks that are done for the fear of being called a "poser". IMO If you give me what I want out of a truck, feel free to" POSE" in it all you want; I hope it brings the same joy to them as I got out of it.  Remember, this is supposed to be about having fun, doing what we love to do. Some of you who read this need to remember that........

the last reso fester was loading LL on his trailer when Mike approached him about letting me drive halfway up his trailer to look at my carrier bearing that went to shit .....Not only did he stop loading LL onto the trailer....He said without a doubt use it ....And I only met the guy for like 2 hours that reso....And for someone to let my turd of a truck drive up a trailer to look at it...it says alot about the person...Fester is a man above men....He is all about the history of the scene.... Ever since then...I cant go to a show without him coming up to me and saying hi and asking how things are going.....The guy is a class act...He is the VIP's OF VIPs.....

Fester trailered an empty trailer last you to cruise to the pines, just incase somone broke down along the way. Who else would have done that without even being asked. Everyone else has already said it, but I will say it again... Stand up Dude!!!!! trucks or no trucks.
