Ow and about me not lifting it, it was already being towed before I got outside. I ran outside in front of my truck and the cop told me to move out of the way while putting his fingers to my chest forcing me to move, I ran back in and grabbed the camera at that time. I wasn't going to start a fight with a officer and i was afraid of the officer getting violent so I did my best to keep my cool and stay out of the way so he would not have a reason to do anything physical.

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem getting into a altercation, but i'm not willing to do with it with a officer.

Where most of the leaves are is also behind where the truck was drug from, and not from under the truck. Also there has been many requests to fix the drainage area there so mud and such does not accumulate there, the city has done nothing to fix the issue.

And yes same truck from Crime Pays Videos, it was before i bought it though.

I would guess that the leaves are all around the truck because it has been parked there forever and the street sweeper has been unable to clean the street... On another note you should understand that alot of officers dont give a rats @$$ about parking tickets and only respond to those areas after neighbors continually call... maybe you have a pissed neighbor and not a pissed cop?
