I have done several sets of Durabrights and havent had any complaints. I only sale them if the customer asks for them (too damn expensive IMO). I have the same feeling as Daniel does on them. You just cant beat the shine of a good polished wheel.

All of the customers I have sold the Durabrights to are construction workers and they punish the wheels everyday. Most of them look like new but some have a yellow tint to them.

you've cut some durabrights?

The shine isn't as nice as polished but to rid yourself the time and expense of keeping up on them it's nice. I guess on somethin like a road truck or dually polished is easy to keep up on. The stuff I put mine through had a set of polished lookin 4 years old in 2 weeks. Cement plants like to make deep unavoidable puddles and they water usually has alot of lime and sometimes muratic acid in it from how they clean the trucks and it will ruin the shine of a wheel in 1 splash

That is a big 10-4... Cut some by accident the first time. I unpacked the wrong container and went to cutting without reading the part #s.

I sale alot of them to owner operators around here for there rigs but hardly ever sale them on the custom side.

Holland makes an alumuninum fifth wheel and I'm pretty sure Alcoa has something to do with it. It saves alot of weight. I saw one at the truck show in Dallas last year.

I think the Durabright is a good choice if you don't want to keep up the polishing.

Liljlowrider, Alfredo is good guy. If you're lucky, maybe you can talk him down on the price of his great adapters or something. LOL.

Come to think of it, I just read press release Durabright fuel tanks should be available soon. I think landing gears are also offered.

Utility now offers reefers wiith the translite option which is clear coated shiny aluminum sides. The look of stainless without the weight.

I cannot find any pictures though.
