I have a 94 crew cab dually........here are some ideas that I have of what I want I was hoping you guys could elaborate on them a bit.

This is what for ideas I have so far

Front:
RE8 slams or F7325 firestones...the reason I say those is we are an ART dealer and that is what my guy at ART suggested for the front
Bag cups from suicidedoors
3"spindles
of course all the clearancing around the bags and for the tie rods
trailer fender inner wheel wells

Rear
Suicidedoors four link and panhard bar
How big of notch to lay out on 22's with a 265/35/R22? I want the smallest I can get away with as I want a very useable bed...if I have to go 8 I would like opinions on body dropping the bed to retain a flat bed floor.
Rear bags-opinions please I have been told F2107's or 10,000 lbs semi bags?

fabrication is not an issue I jaut want to do it right the first time

Thanks
TB

also do I need to cut anything out of the wheel wells or dually fender structure to make 22's work????

All of the stuff you have named will work fine. The only thing I see is that the RE8s might be a little large for the front. I usually use Conitech 2800 4-ply, Airlift 2B7s, or Firestone 2600s. The RE8s might work but it will be alot to cut out of the spring pockets.
On the rear if you run a 4-link you dont need the panhard bar unless you just want it on there. If you are just going to lay frame an 8" notch will work fine w/ 22s. You will just have the normal cutout in the bed which you can make a round cover for and still do everything you would with a normal bed. The rear bags depend on what you are wanting to do and alot of people have there opinions to what bag to run in the rear. Most of the trucks we do that still haul trailers have Contitech 4plys(or an equivalent) or the F2107s.
As for the dually fenders it depends on what wheels you use to what mods you are going to have to do. With the standard semis you will have to widen the fenders and stretch them upwards, or you could narrow the rearend or swap to a shorter rearend. I sale a wheel that we have dubbed the "TOWNASTY" that allows you to run your stock rearend and only stretch the dually fenders upwards.
I think that that is about all if I have missed anything or left something out I am sure someone else will cover it.
Good luck and have fun.

Alot better than the John Deere one on ebay. He did alot of work and it's really ugly.

locks got it nailed pretty much all the way around.... the 8"s in the front you'll have to cut a shitload outta the spring pocket.. and have to replate a bunch of it.... you can get the same lift/ride out of a 4 ply bag or even a re7 so you wouldnt have to cut as much out.

thanks for all the info....I will look into the RE7's and the contis. Can you PM a price on those wheels you sell lockone? How much do I need to stretch the fenders as I would choose to do that over narrowing the rear or swapping it. My labor is free...haha for me anyway. If you are willing to sell me all the stuff I need I will go that route to.....I dont care where I order the stuff from as long as its good heavy duty quality stuff.

As far as the rear bags we have a 48ft enclosed trailer we haul two cars with so I want it to be able to hold that trailer so lets say 15,000lbs or so. I would rather it be over enginerred than wish I had more

once again thanks to everyone

you will need to stretch the fenders about 3 1/3 inches out , and i didnt have to raise mine but im not BDed or planning on it!! its alot of work and if your not bagged already its easier to get a narrowed rearend. but i stretched my for the same reason you are talking about doing it $$$$$$, but if i had to do it again i would save my money and buy a rearend

i wish i would have narrowed my rear end
