I've been going to say something about the mono skunk stripe

as far as the rear ends go dose any one have the exact masurement for the box bodys to get a set of semi's to tuck

Well I know about what it would cost to have narrowed and I think I will probably have to widen them due to te finanace situation...as I have the dually project, a 64 and bd'ed 64 chevelle and a 25 ft eliminator cat powerboat. Paint and body aong with materials and some ART stuff will br free so I am hoping to get it done at a very reasonable figure

if you search you can find a cab and chassis rearend from anywhere between 3 and 5 hundred buck.. widenin the fenders in cheaper but not as easy.. but i def understand the money factor cause thats why i did mine.. good luck and if you have any questions just halla and i sure we can help you with it.

I think my rearend measures around 41" (plate to plate) but not sure without going to measure again.

Is there anyway to tell for sure if it is a narrower rear(I know measure it). There are alot of trucks around here with service boxes and flatbeds on them but not sure they were ever chassis/cabs. Also I guess does this pertain to the box body's

Most box boddied truck with utility beds or any other bed than a truck bed started as a cab/chassis truck...Every rearend I use has a P30 tag on them and are from the mid 80s.

This p30 tag. Is it the little metal one attached to one of the cover bolts? I have a dana 60 that was out of an 1 ton ford srw. I thought about using that but it isn't near as heavy as the dually axle.

Yes but the p30 is a Chevy axle
