if thats the case with the twisting being front to back. Then I would run delrin bushings instead of steel like that. Or at the very most brass slugs.
Steel on steel like that will be rough and put a ton more stress on the tabs. Especially with those endlinks only being 2.5-3" wide.

But delrin wont deflect like those poly bushings and it will ride a ton better. plus always having to lube those joints is messy. If there isn't any grease in those they will seize up instantly then you have a real problem.

It just shows how heavy that ass end of the truck is to stretch the bushings front to back.

You'll get it all straightened out.

Definitely want some kind of bushing in there. The force of metal to metal will ream out the holes in one of them. Usually in the brackets since they are the least thick material. I had this happen in my leaf mount on my rockcrawler from being metal to metal.

Delrin.. Ahh damn I haven't thought about that. Know of anyone that makes any for my bar ends? Or will I need to get some machined out of some delrin rod?

You could always run some type of joint too like this.

I'd thought about those but I really don't want to have to cut the ends off my bars and also I'd have to rub a spacer on the ends of them. I called and talked to ssd once I figured out I was having a problem and they were the ones that directed me to get some solid steel ones made. Their super pivots just won't work nor fit in my application. So Delrin sounds like a good idea. The question is would you run natural Delrin or the Delrin AF that's for ptfe in it. The AF is recomended for use in bushings and bearings. Just not sure which one would be stronger in my ap. I'm leaning more twards the AF but I can get the regulat Delrin in the size I need just would have to get .05 machined off it and a hole cut in the center.. THink I'd need to run the steel sleave in the center or would just the bold ran thru it work ya think?

You want the AF. And you'll need to run an inner sleeve. but it should clear up your problem.

What a drag.

Hope the Delrin works out for you, Brother.

I am with CrazyTalk on that one too. The inner sleeve is good down the road when you want to take the bolt off. Too many problems with trying to get the bolt out over time and wear. Usually just cut them out and buy new stuff.

Not a drag playa.. Just a lil bump in the road.... lol

Did you get a opportunity to use some delrin bushings?

Just seeing how it all worked out.
