well... i must have pissed somebody off in my neighborhood..... codes have been called on me...

i have to tag my dually and clean the yard up, and decide what to do with the 59 fairlane...lmao... i am not allowed to have any inoperable vehicles in my driveway... i cant wait for the codes guy to show up next month and try to say something about my dually...

and to think... for almost 5 years now(until recently). i had my dually torn apart in a 100 pieces in the driveway, and nobody said anything.... i get 1 car that doesnt "look good" and now i have to figure out what to do with it.... F U C K I N G A S S H O L E S !

must've been someone that saw the truck when it drove down the street and didn't seen it before since he himself doesnt go up the street
the oilspill mightve had sumtin to do with it

nothing to do about it but make sure the goverment guys can't complain , maibe put up a storage shed and put everything in there ?, you have to have some sort of save storage for youre truck eventually as the amount of parts make it worth more money to people with sticky fingers

I had the same thing happen to me while I was building my 56 Buick. My neighbor was such an a$$. He called the city on me too. However I did my research and got to talk with the inspector before he came out to do his inspection. Heck all he did was a drive by and gave me the green light. Of course I made the car "look like" it was running (which of course it wasn't). Good luck!

At my old house I had the same thing happen. I had been working on my now daily driver putting a shortbed on it instead of the stepside bed. I had it tore apart for days and no one said anything. As soon as I'm finishing that up I layer a new bumper I was gunna put on the truck laying outside beside my garage and some old bitch called it in. I guess tearing a truck apart for days is ok but for the love of god don't lay a bumper outside your garage.
I figured out who called me in, got online and did a quick over view of the several hundred pages of city codes and rules, and went to her house with a notebook. I called in about 15 different code violations on her. She never messed with me again after that. If you look at almost anyone's house there will be something there that break some kind of code. Even if it's an old rule from 50 years ago. If you call it in it has to be enforced.
