The color I'm thinking about using is actually called "blue suede" or something like that. It's a lot lighter than the cobalt. I wish I could get a pic of it put up but it would take me an hour on my phone lol.

Well I'd did something a little crazy tonight for the sake of the dually. Since I'm getting my short bed back I felt a little better about this decision. I went and traded my crew cab F-150 daily driver for a '95 dodge 1 ton 2wd truck with a cummins 12 valve diesel with 150k on it. The engine and trans are both freshly built with only 5k miles and it's got some ass. The master plan is to put the 12 valve 6bt and trans into the dually as soon as its ready. The engines got all kinds of mods including a new injector pump and still holding 20mpg. Another good thing is the trucks front and back seats are in perfect shape so they'll hopefully fit in the dually also. I don't have any pix of the truck but I'll post up a pic of the engine I took tonight after dark so the quality might not be to great.

On a side note if anyone needs some 1995 dodge parts I'm about to part one out minus the running gear and seats lol.

A pic of the actual truck I'll be ripping to shreds for my cummins and seats. Not sure why anyone would do this but it's a lifted 2wd truck.

That's awesome!! Does it take a lot of mods to get that sucker to fit??

I'm not to sure what it's going to take beyond fabbing some custom engine mounts and most likely a custom driveline. It wouldn't surprise me to have to do quite a bit of firewall trimming with the body drop also. I guess I'll find out as soon as the dually is ready. The cummins 6BT is supposed to be a super easy swap though due to it being all mechanical.
