So after church today I got to finish up some of the welding on the notches. Then after that I got out the plasma torch and went to work cutting out the frame rail.

I now have to make the plating for the frame rails to box everything in, but that is going to have to wait for another day. Once I get those made I will do all the finish welding and then do some grinding to clean up all those welds.

Been trying to think up some cool design for the bridge, ok nothing like the amazing work the guy in Canada did, but something that will look good. Although I do plan on covering it up with sheet metal when the bed get put back on, I still want it to look good none the less.

looks awsome so far.
I dont know if you've got all youre air line's and valve's yet, I'm just finish'n up my bag's on my '87. I have #2600 bag's and had 3/8 line's and 3/8 valve's, I felt like it was painfully slow. so far I went up to 1/2 line, this has help'd some. gonna end up with 1/2 valve's for front up and 3/8 for down and 4 3/8 for the rear.
Also I have one 5gal. tank and set for 175lb shut off. it take's over 150 to raise the front and raise'n the front and rear one time kick's on the compressor again.

Thanks for the props' guys!

For the bags I am going to use 1/2" copper lines and I am going to order a new 1/2" valve system. I have a 3/8" valve body right now, but I don't want this truck to be slow. I am also going to be adding another 3 gallon tank, I have one right now. The other big thing is I want to use a York 210. I have found one locally, but have not gone and bought it yet. I also might buy a new one off eBay and call it a day.

I also need to start on the fuel system. I am going to use the stock double tanks and T them into the fuel injection hard lines. Then I have to make new return lines and split them into both tanks.

Ok I was board tonight and went out and mocked up the rear end with the air bags. Starting to look like a real vehicle.

Still need to do the shocks and finish up the watts link. I have all the parts, just need time now to get those things completed. Then I will start on the air ride set up.

It is good to see some progress. Can't wait to have it back on the ground and able to roll around.
