Man. I really want to see this truck in person. Us North Alabama boys need to get together when the weather breaks. All this rain sucks.....

Thanks BJ, yeah, the seats look great, and are mighty comfy too!

Mikey your correct, the original interior was tan, I have installed new black carpet, and the enclosure / amp rack, and am gonna cover the center console & door panels in the same stuff that I did the enclosure with, and paint the door seals, kick panels, pillar panels, and the trim piece under the rear window all black, the only thing left tan will be the dash, and some day in the future I'll pull it, smooth it out, paint it black, and install the rest of the guages that I want....

I hear ya same_me, the rain sux, but we have been in bad need of it, not all at once tho...hopefully I'll get this thing running in a month or so, and all the north bama bsceners can have a meet one afternoon...

Looking good there! I especially like how you did the sub mount. The engine looks good in it's new home. Looking forward to the pics of the intake and carbs in there new home!

Me too Linn, I stopped by the welders, and he said he would try to have the first intake to me this weekend, if not, by the first of next week, then as he gets time, I'll get the second one back...I'm off of work tomorrow, so I should be able to get some more done on it & will post up some more pics....

So close I can feel it in my bonez, particularly the ones in my right foot, lol, haha!!

The progress looks awesome man. The sub should hit pretty nice in there.

Thanks Zig, I hope it sounds good too...

Here are a couple more pics, I got the header installed, and two of the three belts (left the a/c belt off till I can get the system filled, don't want to burn up the comp, plus it is dirty...looks like a turd on a polished floor, so I might get a new one when I get some more $$) also a couple pics of the truck in the garage so ya get an idea of the ride height (still too high i'm sure for all the draggers on here, but it'll work for me )

Enjoy the pics

That engine bay looks sweet man very clean. So what are you going to do with the rear end of the truck.
nytrdr24   +1y
thx v8, as for the tail, that is pretty much it, well less putting my carbon look tails back in...I sectioned the original roll pan and widened it, then made the little slip stream pieces & welded them to the pan...It kinda gives it the look of the splitters on the tail end of a shelby mustang gt500...I'll have to get a better pic once I get it out of the garage under it's own power...something different than everyone else's, but hey that's what makes the scene kool....
