I see what you mean about the frame mount for the rear swaybar.

So, what will be the final color for your truck? The passenger fender and door look pretty damn good!

BTW, my show truck was not always a show truck. I bought it brand new in 1990 and it currently has over 125,000 miles on it. First (and last) brand new vehicle I bought. Wasn't until mid 1993 after my first daughter was born that I really started cuttin in to it. Thats when the topper was installed and the walk thru done. Bed of the truck still has rear seat belt mounts (somewhere under all that velvet

I hear ya bro, the pics dont' do it justice, the driveway is sloped down hill so the front looks as if it is sitting higher off the ground that it is....I had my brother stand on the front xmemeber & he weighs in @ 250 lbs, and I know that the engine + the crate was 300 lbs on the nose, so take away the crate & the engine & bro ought to be close to the same, anyhooo, the front fenders came down to just even with the top of the front tires with him standing on the xmember, once i get the beast in it, i'll adjust it till i get a nice performance rake.....sumthin like a sweet mustang would have! it did clean up fairly nicely, I just got kinda depressed everytime i went into the garage & she was all dirty parts everywhere, so I figured if i cleaned her up that would give me a little inspiration to work on it even more!

I have some cad software on order should be here in a couple weeks, that should allow me to finish the dimensioning of the intake design so I can get it to the machine shop to be made....as far as the engine itself, hopefully the other machine shop will have it built & I can get it @
x-mas...hopefully....I'm not gonna pressure them even tho they have had it for what? 2 years, I'm not ready to put it in, as I told fann, the engine bay still has a lot of work to be done, but I should have that done in the next couple weeks....so much to do, so little time to do it in, not to mention only one of me.....I would be exstatic to have it running & road worthy and a coat of primer on it by spring...we'll see

thx again guys for all the comments!! stay tuned for the next installment of spy pics!

lol i hear ya, i have one of the flow meters to help with tuning them, and i think i'm gonna put in an autometer air/fuel ratio guages like this

& egt sensor

which ought to help with tuning them in.....I know what ya mean on the bikes, I helped my bud tune in the 4 on his kawi
