Hey blare, that's great, great find, let me know if it is still there.
Is it an FI B2600? Hope it is not carbed.
You think you can do it with Mark?
You have to take the bed off to get to the tank. I figure you knew that.

Do they still have the MX-6? Thanks.

Just a note here, if he got a bubble hood off it, it will be EFI. Thats what the bubble was for, to clear the intake.

Here's hoping you get the pump!

Hey Russ, I think I remember Mark told me blare got the bubble hood and pass fender off of it.
So it must be EFI.

Blare, is it FI?

Thanks.

O yea its FI. I just checked the inventory and it looks like it is still there. As for he mx6, I have no idea I havent been to that yard in a long time. Im off today so Mark and I could run over and grab what u need.

Hey, Mark, just get the tank when you have time. School first before anything else.
We will try to get this project going this spring for your truck. But I will try it on my 89 first.
The Accord engine/tranny is finished so I have time now.
Still have to work on the 944S2. It's time for belts and oil leaks. It's my daily so got to get this fixed.
Maybe I can drive up there and help you pull it out with blare. Are they open on weekends?
mark   +1y
yea, we'll prolly pull it this thursday

Just pull it this Saturday if they are open.
I'll have the spare tranny ready for you.

will the mx6, probe manifold fit the b2600i?

just an FYI, I finally pulled that fuel pump from my 1990 RX7, and it is a drop in replacement for the factory pickup tube insert in the carbureted B series truck. Same mounting pattern, the gauge will work, it even has a second wire for a low fuel light.

And that gas tank beside my house, someone moved the topper and it got some rainwater in it. It is likely no good, but it does have the EFI intank baffles.

Both parts are available to anyone doing an EFI changeover.
