a sticky sounds good since this thread is what got my edc running and i knew barely anything to begin with so this helped alot. its got some pretty good info for others who want to do this!!!!

just an update:

compressors working mint and the first little while it was spitting out alot of oil(10w 40) but now its not as much i guess its worn in. this is a very very good upgrade to do!!!!

ive been running mine since 2006 and changed oil in it once...0 to 150 psi 1min-30 secs...15 gallons of air.never had any problems

i filled mine up the night after i drove it. (only driven for 2days since i got it insured) im hitting the switches alot for the first little bit since everyone around me has never really seen a bagged ride in person, there all so amazed and that makes me feel good that ive done a good job.

my pumps only got 1 wire....... but i hear it doesnt need a ground wire because the pump actually grounds itself im right? right? lol I unclipped the plug fine I didnt see any snipped wires.

thats wut i heard but i got mine off a early 90s vw passat and it had 2 wires

is it normal to get some oil in the tank?? im guessing some gets past the trap but is this normal?
