junk yard edc

The edc that I currently have is using the stock plumbing off the back of the a/c compressor. It is a SANDEN 508 with the stock brackets. As stated earlier (I think), you can put oil in the plug on the top, but my pump seems to pump it back out pretty quick. I will probably switch over to an in-line oiler before the truck is done. I would write up a tech on the EDC but am not really sure how. Mazda23 - as for the 626 or mx6 brackets, I don't know if they would work or not, but if the block is the same as a b2200, and the crank pully puts the drive belt in the correct location, I would think it would work.

For the York compressors, you would definately have to build new mounts. Another interesting question would be if the KIA Sportage motor is the same block as a b2200, does it use a serpentine belt?? If so, could you use the KIA A/C compressor and other accessory brackets and end up with a serpentine setup vs the 2 or 3 v-belts?

if worst comes to worst i can build my own brackets but i just don't want to go through the whole lining it up and stuff if i can find a bracket that already works. and for the hoses the compressor i got has the metal lines cut like a inch from the pump.

are there any other vehicles that use a simliar bracket that i could maybe redrill to fit the b2200 block?? just spent half an hour on the phone to try and find a mazda bracket but no luck and need the truck to work in 3 weeks so im pissed

Mazda23, does your truck have power steering?

no but can i ask what your getting too??

In the pic above, I have the A/C pump and the power steering pump. Before I installed the power steering, I had just the A/C. I still have the A/C brackets for a non power steering setup.

hey could someone check out the wanted section for my post about ac pump bracket or something and tell me if that pic is what i need?

i back to the junkyard and found a newer jetta with a SD709 with the bracket so im going to go get that tomorrow and just tweak the bracket to fit my mazda block
