I ran the wire to a switch in the truck then back to pressure switch in the tank. So i can turn it off when starting the truck up when its cold so it didnt load the motor to much at startup. The hydro line i got at a hose shop its good to 400 psi and 275 deg to 300 deg. I will get some pics up soon. I used the power steering bracket and mounted it ontop of that and used a simple tension rod to keep it tight.

nice nice! yah Josh im thinking the same idea for the back. air shocks fabbed for the front would be super old school kool too. you need to post pics of this when its set to air. dam i love old school set ups. their primitive but effective.

i would think so... what size? probably too small to help you out tho. you'd probably want at least 3/8

I'm goin to get a new compressor tomorrow. . . A Sanden 708. . . I'll take a bunch of pics of the grease conversion. . . And I'll do a tech write-up. . .

I burnt up the compressor that is on my truck now. . I was runnin 300 psi, constantly. . And I guess it couldn't take that. . . I'm gonna try usin a different grease as well. . . So we'll see how it works out this time. . I'm thinkin I'm gonna use the Lucas Red Tacky grease. . Its high performance. .

But I'll be postin pics I cant wait to get my train horn back workin again! ! !

i ran my stock one in my old mazda for about 2 years at 300psi and it held up fine only started knocking after a long weekend at the lake with no oil. i also ran a hydro hose straight back no trap but i had ball valves so it didnt matter. i will be doing almost the same thing to this one but i am gona tap the outlet and connect the hose that way and run a trap this time. also stop by a u pull it and snag a couple me and a buddy had a nice trip there and walked out with 7 that day for cheap under $100 if i remember right we seem to always need one laying around for buddys. a friend wants to make a mount and run 2 in his mazda no clue why but i want the bracket so i can have a/c too its freaking hot in the summer and i dont like sweating
