OK, got the left side bag in and tacked up. If anything looks wrong or weird let me know. Going to work on the other side and get it ready.

elbine69, just to let ya no that piece does not always have to be removed its pretty much personal preference, i like to remove it and i think removing it is the right way to do it but there are also tons of people out there that do not. If that peice is cut out please save urself the trouble and plate the frame where it was covering that factory hole in the frame, the stock frames love to crack, rip there, also make sure u run your gussets downwards to help keep it strong...

wat size rims you running? cuz that upper plate looks really high. u wont get much lift if your running small rims

Based on the second pic I would say your definately on the right track. Assuming the upper control arm will pass by the bag mount with sufficient clearance to allow for alignment later on. Another issue I came across involved clearance issues between the strut rod from the frame to the lower control arm when your layed out (draggin). Ended up using longer bolts at the LCA with a 3/4" spacer.

The plate is that high to get it layed out. The fronts are 205/55/16 so the tire is pretty big. I have the re-6 in the front and it gave allot of lift in mock up also i didnt want to smash the bag when its dropped so i left a little room so it doesnt bottom on the bag. Also might go up to 17" dont know for sure yet. What about bag size do i run the 6 in front and 5 in back?

The oval hole right behind the bag? I can plate that up pretty easy. Thanks,

ImMortal1 Thank you i was looking at that at mock up and was wondering if i could space that down some to help stop the binding at drop. Also what about the sway bar?? Can i get it back on? Also the arm will clear just have a little brackets on the arm to cut off. Thanks a ton , Craig

I am currently running a stock sway bar on the daughters truck with 225 40R18's and RE-6's. Not sure if the end liks are the factory length (aftermarket links) but they are pretty close.

awesome gonna be a bad dawg keep up the good work. You guys are doing the front of this truck EXACTLY like mine is...my upper bag mount is just mounted just a tad lower...i get great lift BUT i have to notch my lower control arms just a little bit to lay in the front..if i would have put my bracket where yours is i wouldnt have to do that...keep the pics rollin
