I used Monroe part #34802 shocks on the rear of my truck. They are 14.00 collapsed and 22.75 extended which is 8.75 travel with hoops on both ends. Thats what worked for me. heres a link to their site for more info.

Just got to the mounting and length sheets and see if you can find something that works for you.

Are your shock mounts 14.5 inches apart layed out? if so I think the ones I'm running might work for you, just a half inch shorter.

about the fittings, any local lowes or home depot sells npt fittings.

13.25" eye to eye laid out... I guess I'll have to get stock shocks for the mazda again, cause thats what I used to set them up. If I had mounted the tabs any differently, I would have end up risking dragging the lower tabs on the ground when laid out.

I'm wondering though if its a real bad idea to have a completely collapsed shock when laid out? That therein is my problem cause I would have to get a diff shock to get some shock travel when laid out.

mazdawg, I was talking about PTC fittings. I don't think I've ever seen anyone carry push to connect fitttings?

Sounds like when I'm there tomorrow, I will have to get some then! While I'm there I should probably get a fitting for the tank gauge. Can someone get me a pic on how they plumbed their tank gauge line?

Eh, so I did'nt get much of whole much done today. Just finished the rear end in por-15 and stuff. Might do another coat tomorrow. If I have any brushes left, haha.

What can I say... Its rated to cut ONE INCH THICK!!!! BIATCHES!

I need to go to Lowes tomorrow as well and get a 110 and a 220 head made for it and get some fittings to setup the airline to hook up to the compressor. Although, I noticed they forgot to add the torch switch connector!!!! I hope Lowes will have one... Can't play with it until it is hookered up! Gotta make a 220 extension cord too... Eh...

I will have to DEFINITELY get some video of it and review it a bit. Cause I got a SMOKING DEAL on this baby!

I won't recommend them just yet to you guys, cause I have'nt used it, but Seth has one of these puppy's and I'm sure he is grinning ear to ear with it like me! I have'nt even used it yet and 'am extremely happy to even have it, haha!
